Volvo Cars Employees and Volvo Retirees: Eligible Volvo Cars employees, retirees, and spouses, may generate up to four (4) PINs per year. Each of this PINs can be used towards the purchase or lease of a new Volvo vehicle for themselves, or their immediate family members.

Friends and Neighbors of Volvo Cars Employees and Retirees: An eligible Volvo Cars employee or retiree may sponsor up to eight (8) PINs per calendar year to be used towards the purchase or lease of a new vehicle by select friends and neighbors as defined below:

    ·  May be an extended family member or friend

    ·  Sponsors must know the individuals that they are sponsoring

PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

Eligible Volvo Cars employees, retirees, and spouses are welcome to generate up to four (4) PINs per year, all of which can be used towards the purchase or lease of a new Volvo vehicle for themselves, or their immediate family members.

Corporate Partner employees and family members in their immediate household must also provide the following when taking advantage of this program:

    ·  Copy of PIN certificate

At least one of the following is also required:

    ·  Sponsor's ID Badge

    ·  Sponsor's business card

    ·  Copy of sponsor's prior year's W2

    ·  Copy of sponsor's paystub

HOW DO YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE WHILE UTILIZING THIS PROGRAM?

If you're interested in taking advantage of this program, we encourage you to begin by creating a PIN. To do so, register on the aplanbyvolvo.com website. Please note, PINs may be generated for yourself, or when sponsoring someone by selecting the "Get a PIN" link at the top of the home page. After doing so, follow the steps below to purchase a new Volvo at Volvo Cars Tacoma:

    ·  Visit our dealership and let a salesperson know that you are eligible as A-Plan Elite by Volvo.

    ·  Provide one of our team members with a copy of the PIN Certificate.

    ·  Provide copies of the other proof of eligibility documentation.

    ·  Request a copy of the vehicle invoice which will indicate A-Plan pricing or review the A-Plan pricing guide.

    ·  One of our team members will ask you to sign the A Plan by Volvo Pricing Agreement, and will then provide you with a copy of the agreement.
